ALL HAIL BABY HAILEY!!!!
The Story:
It’s 12:30am Friday morning and I turn off the TV to go to bed. As soon as my head hit the pillow I was out like a light. At around 1:15am that same morning my wife wakes me up telling me to call her parents so they can come watch Matthew (our son) it was time. At first I thought that this was just another gold-stones attack (she was diagnosed just a month before) but it was contractions. I made her walk around out side while we waited for her parents to come but the pain never left. That told me that it wasn’t false labor. We raced to the hospital and they get my wife al situated and start monitoring her. To make the long story short they told her that she was having strong contractions every 5 minutes apart (which is when they tell you need to come to the hospital) but she was only 2 centimeters dilated (they only keep you when you are 3 or more centimeters) and the sent us home around 7:00am that morning. My wife called her doctor at 8am and they told her to come in which we did (still no sleep for me). We see her doctor and after telling her about our fun night at the hospital she decides to stir things around in my wife (I’ll spare you with the details of that) and told us to come back around 2:30pm to see if there was any change and we did. We didn’t really understand why. I mean what the hell is going to change from 8am to 2:30pm. But when we went back to the doctors it turns out my wife was now 3 centimeters dilated. So she decides to induced my wife ( make the baby come now) even though she wasn’t going to be the doctor on call that night. So we went to the hospital and again they got my wife situated. And that begun the labor. It lasted from that Friday evening and through the night (still no sleep). But at 1:22pm Saturday the 27th Hailey Jordyn Throne was born. It took song long of a labor because when a baby is ready to come out they are on their stomachs but Hailey was on her back still. She never turned because the cord was rapped around her throat. But she finally here now to enjoy the world.
